Overview

The Arizona Provider program is a service delivery model where individuals with developmental disabilities and their families choose to utilize independent attendants for their Home and Community Based services through Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities.

Participants or their Authorized Representative can

• Hire, dismiss, schedule and supervise their independent providers
• Use the BetterOnline™ web portal to review providers' timesheets
• Manage service authorized hours to meet their assessed needs and goals
• Select services and supports for their assessed needs
