Appendix K Flexibility Update!
As a reminder, the pandemic-related flexibility that allows reimbursement to spouses, or parents of children under age 18 for providing personal care services to waiver eligible consumers will end on February 29, 2024. NOTE: If you are not a parent/step-parent/legal guardian of a consumer that is a minor nor a spouse of the consumer, this change does not apply to you. No action is needed.
